Love your mug or we'll make it right.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at support@mysticblvd.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. No need to ship it back.

For all other returns, we accept items in original condition within 30 days. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. No refunds on sale items or gift cards.
